Technology is always combining with our day-to-day life.it has invaded the educational section very well. Now, most students are comfortable with several portable technologies. History of educational technology.

In the colonial years, students used wooden paddles with printed lessons, called hornbooks to learn.in 1870, magic lantern came. It is a primitive version of a slide projector. • Then in 1959 the photocopier came and in 1972 handheld calculator arrived. It gave feathers to quick mathematical calculations.
• In 1972, Michael Sokolski introduced the Scantron system of testing.it gives access for educators to grade tests more quickly and efficiently.

With the development of technology the children’s enrollment for high schools was increased, teachers needed new methods for teaching, describing, and testing.
